What to include
You will get a faster answer if you include:
- Your order number (starts with #) for anything order-related
- Photographs or video for anything about damage, a fault, or assembly
- Your bike's serial number for warranty claims (found on the underside of the frame near the pedals)

Where is my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first. If tracking has not updated in 3 business days, email us.
I want to return my bike.
Email us for an RMA number before shipping anything back. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
Something arrived damaged.
Photograph the packaging and the damage, and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
I need help with assembly.
Send a photo of what you are stuck on. Most issues take one email to resolve.
